a man spackled the substance during the second break. they clean up the powder and everybody was fine. they think the substance was human ashes. loved ones remains were cremated without permission. 26 year-old george fernandes died this month. he was found unconscious and taken to the hospital. the man's family wanted to note because of his death so the corner performed an autopsy. the family still plans to view his body afterwards. they wanted one final goodbye that the body had already been cremated.>> i wanted to see him one last time. laying there peacefully. just like us a goodbye. >> they say the corners office has apologized and admitted there was a mixup with another man named george fernandes. autopsy results for the picture jose fernandez show he did have
